1. General Provisions
Upon completing registration on the ALSAT web platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), the Client becomes a user of the Site in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using the Site, the Client agrees to all the terms of this Policy.
This agreement terminates when the Client stops using the Site’s services. ALSAT reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement this Agreement.

3. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with third parties. If credentials are shared, the Client assumes full responsibility for any misuse.
3. ALSAT's Rights and Responsibilities
ALSAT Rights:
1. ALSAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation with the Client if the Client violates the laws of Turkmenistan, the terms of this Policy, or for any other reason.
2. ALSAT may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be published on the website, which will be considered a sufficient method of notifying the Client. The Client may also be separately notified of significant changes.
3. ALSAT has the right to use the information provided by the Client for order processing, customer communication, and improving the platform’s functionality.
ALSAT Responsibilities:
1. ALSAT commits to protecting the Client’s personal data by implementing security measures such as data encryption and preventing unauthorized access.
2. ALSAT is responsible for providing services in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
3. ALSAT is accountable for processing and storing the Client’s personal data and agrees not to disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
